I've been having a battle with our scale because I'm weighing myself too often. However, in the overall scheme of things, I'm doing really well! I'm trying to fix my eating habits and working out more than I ever have. I don't do it everyday, and I really didn't workout much during my trip to Minnesota.
I will say that my back doesn't get as sore as it used to AND I can see a difference. I can tell my face is a little thinner as well as my chest. I am wearing the khakis I bought for my birthday last year so I'm almost back to my starting point. I started dieting about 2 weeks before I took my positive pregnancy test. I went from 227 to 224 and then had to stop. I need to remember that it took time to put weight on so it will take time to take it off.
Here's to another successful 3 weeks!
